I recently took a makeup lesson at Glamlounge and honestly had such a good experience 🤍 She was so patient, professional, and really took the time to explain different techniques in a way that was easy to understand. I learned so much that I can actually apply to my own work, especially while building my portfolio. I had a gel toe and Elim Peel treatment with Lauryn, and it was absolutely phenomenal! She was so gentle, precise, and attentive throughout the entire appointment, making the experience incredibly relaxing. She is so warm and friendly and genuinely makes you feel like an absolute queen from the moment you walk in. Everything was smooth, spotless, and hygienic. I left with beautiful gel toes, incredibly soft feet, and already can't wait for my next appointment. Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. I brought my friend for a consultation to see the therapist Jas. My friend was most impressed with the information and knowledge that Jas has about skin care after given her a scan of her skin on her face and the recommendations of future treatments which will improve her skin. My friend is so pressed that she has cancelled a previous appointment to travel all the way from Hertfordshire to Hayes

I had an appointment for lip filler to help define my Cupid’s bow, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, took her time to make sure I was relaxed, and was so gentle throughout the procedure. I left feeling super happy with the result — my lips look beautifully defined yet still natural which is exactly what I wanted. Such a lovely experience at The hair extension shop! rang up as a new client for weft fitting, they fit me in the following day. I’m used to sitting in the chair for at least 4 hours but In about 2 hours I had beautiful long, thick and styled hair! I will definitely be returning, staff are all so lovely and jade is so skilled in what she does… Thanks team! ❤️

I feel I am not an easy client. I didn’t want what is perhaps viewed as true beauty by current fashion trends in brows. I had been to another practitioner before I found Ellia, who refused to do my. brows because I didn’t want the heavy brow style she recommended. Ellia is amazing. She listens carefully to her clients and builds a personal relationship based on their needs and wants not her own predefined ideals. She sees the whole face not just the brow.
