Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Her whole team is amazing, the iced coffee was delicious, and the salon itself is always immaculate and welcoming. 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone in London looking for stunning, healthy hair. Jodie is just amazing. If only all businesses ran with the same genuine level of care and attention for their clients. I had tried to book a top up before holidays but was too late to get an appointment. Jodie's team proactively got in touch with me to ask if I wanted an appointment, I explained that I had looked but there was nothing free. They promptly managed to fit me in due to a cancellation they had. The service and the experience so far has been just exceptional. If you want to feel cared for and get brilliant treatments this is the place.

Always superb. I had a brow wax and pedi, each service performed by a different team member who has expertise. On top of the expertise each team member has for treatments, the team always make me feel so welcome and included - I always leave smiling and feeling great! X

Amazing service! Honestly, she’s the first nail technician I’ve been to who truly knows what she’s doing. She has an incredible eye for detail and takes her time to make sure you’re completely happy with the final result. You never feel rushed, and the quality of her work really shows. I’ve been living in London for five years and have tried a lot of different salons, but this one is definitely my favourite. Everything is brand new, super clean and, more importantly, super client-oriented. You can tell it was built by a professional because, as a client, I’ve never felt so well taken care of — from the amazing service to all the little things, like having a charger available or a place to put my bag. I’ve only been there a few times, but at this point I hope to become a regular client. I especially recommend getting a manicure with Rita — she’s the best manicurist.

Thorough and exceptionally high-standard care with Dr Sanjay and the Trikwan team as always. Helpful discussion in relation to my treatment plan that ensured the results have exceeded my expectations! It is a pleasure to visit the clinic. The environment is incredibly relaxing and not at all intimidating for those starting their aesthetic journey or anyone feeling hesitant. Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.
