Brilliant! I have alopecia, and have never been able to get the result I wanted from previous semi-permanent make up. Kim listened, took note of what I was hoping for, and what work I'd had previously, and she came up with a solution that worked out better than I could have imagined. She also expertly managed my expectations, and explained how the pigmentation works. I'm beyond ecstatic with my eyebrows, my confidence has improved so much, and I will definitely be going to Kim for every fresh set of brows. Thank you!

Dee ensured adequate time for analgesic cream to take effect, polite, professional and informative in answering my questions to support me to make choices of shape and colour. Lovely and clean treatment space as always, appropriate covid-19 precautions being followed with no impact on treatment delivery and quality.

Albi fitted me in last minute as my previous mua cancelled due to sickness. She listened & advised me on my look & ensured I was happy, I thought my lipstick was too bright & it wasn't an issue for her to change it. I would definitely recommend her & I will be a returning customer.
