Having my make up done by Polly at Glam by Polly has been on my bucket list for a long time and I can honestly say it was SO worth the wait! The salon (and the lovely team) is absolutely beautiful, the girls were warm, welcoming, friendly and so good at what they do, the absolute best... now on the the make up itself 😂 Polly is without a doubt the best make up artist I will ever have the pleasure of being glammed by. I was more than confident leaving all decisions about what would suit me down to her and I am just over the moon with how my face turned out. I have genuinely never been so happy

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Louise for the glam yesterday, was the prettiest I have ever felt and I was OBSESSED. Haven’t had my make up done in years and she was so lovely, explaining what she was doing and what she thought would look best. 5 Stars! Louise at Glam by Polly is a true artist. My ombré brows are absolute perfection! Soft seamless, beautifully blended, and shaped with such precision. You can tell she treats brows like a creative craft, not just a treatment. The detail, the symmetry, the colour work… it’s honestly next‑level. I walked out feeling like the best version of myself. I had my make up done by Summer for my friends wedding and wow I’m so glad I did. I cannot thank summer enough as I initially enquired for a day which was her day off but she came in just for me to accommodate me which is unbelievable customer service. The make up was absolutely stunning and lasted well over 12 hours with many compliments. Summer made me feel at ease and comfortable and talked me through every process. I will definitely be back . Anna is amazing at what she does. She always takes the time to listen to what I want, gives great advice, and my hair looks amazing every time I leave. She's so friendly and easy to chat to, making every appointment feel more like catching up with a friend than just getting my hair done. I always leave feeling so much more confident, and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough.

I had my brows done by Louise and I’m beyond happy with the results. She is incredibly talented and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She explains the whole process so calmly and clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. Her aftercare instructions are also very thorough, so you know exactly what to do once you leave. From start to finish, my experience was amazing! The lovely Louise made me feel so welcome and instantly put me at ease. She explained every step of the process so thoroughly and made the whole experience feel so luxurious. After showing her my brow inspo, she knew exactly what I wanted and completely exceeded my expectations. Louise is an absolute perfectionist and her talent is unmatched. This hairdresser takes time to explain all the options you have. She ensures you are comfortable throughout. She ensures you understand each step. Her presence is lovely to be around as she is very friendly. All the staff at the salon are lovely to be around and make you feel very welcome. It’s a lovely workplace environment.
