I had Botox treatment performed by Denel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly informative and patient while discussing my areas of concern, making me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation. This was my first time having any kind of treatment, and Denel was absolutely lovely and so informative. He explained what to expect, provided thorough aftercare advice, and helped me build a skincare routine by recommending products suited to my skin. Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.

Can't fault at all. Love my nails. Asked for a gonk on my Christmas nails and Claire did not disappoint. Had my eyebrows done aswell just a wax and tint but Claire doesn't rush like some places. Looking at booking in for some sort of facial in the New Year.

I’ve been having beauty treatments with Rachel for over 2 years now. My first procedure was Rhinoplasty and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional approach.
