Natalie is absolutely amazing! She’s an aesthetics therapist who truly takes her time and care with every treatment. I had my first appointment at this salon today and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly, it instantly put me at ease. It didn’t feel like my first visit at all, more like I’d been going there for years. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and I left feeling really happy. I’ll definitely be coming back before my wedding for toner and haircut and I’m really looking forward to it. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at Zaira Rose! I came in for half head highlights but because my hair was in terrible condition, Nisa did colour correction as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour correction was done carefully—my hair went from uneven and brassy to beautifully blended. The highlights are absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the team was incredibly friendly and attentive.
