Had my hair coloured, highlighted and tinted by Janet. It was a dark block colour from years of doing it myself. She talked me through each step and although it took some time I am really pleased with it. It has totally transformed it and looks totally different, fab colour and the result is great. I was quite nervous beforehand, but she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at ease throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, was very professional, and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. The process was much less intimidating than I expected thanks to her friendly and reassuring approach.
