Amazing lash tech ! Have been a few times now and will continue to visit BBYs. Very professional and welcoming also. First set of lashes I had done were for my 2 week holiday ! Retention was great and still had my lashes on when I returned ! Would definitely recommend girls ! Xx

I’d had a lash lift in the past with a different lash artist and it wasn’t successful. I decided to try again. This time, I wanted the Korean Lash Lift at And.Collective. Lauren was so warm and friendly. She explained everything to me and booked me in for a patch test. The booking process was straightforward and I had my appointment this morning.
