Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. Samantha is the friendliest, super kind and super professional! I had never had lash extensions before so I didn’t have a full idea of what to expect but I am so impressed and in love with them - I’m 2 weeks in and they look as good as the day I got them, fluffy and full! As always, the ladies at Purity were fab! From start to finish, professional, courteous, attentive. I had the LVL lash-lift and eyebrow tint and am very impressed with the results! My short eyelashes look much longer and now I don't have to worry about mascara to make them visible either! Highly recommmend.

i honestly couldn’t be happier with my lashes – this was hands down the best set i’ve ever had!! from the moment i messaged kayrah, she was so lovely and completely understood my vision of style i wanted. she is so lovely and welcoming which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. what really stood out to me was how personalised everything was. she didn’t just give me a standard set – she designed the lashes to suit my eye shape while still bringing my anime/manga-inspired vision to life!! you can really tell she cares about her work and customers :)

I have a full body massage with Gemma and I can honestly say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many spas and tried all different people and she just helps my body so much. I always ask for a firm massage as I actually want the knots worked on and that’s exactly what I get. After the first few days from the massage I feel like a new women! She’s SO friendly and sweet and I’m very glad I found her.
