Natalie & Zara are always so lovely & friendly. My hair extensions last ages & they’re always so patient with me when I do stupid things like colour my own hair & they have to rescue me! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found them :)

I had such a fantastic experience at my recent hair appointment. From start to finish, everything was explained so clearly, which really put me at ease. Carla did an amazing job on my daughters hair, she had damage from heat and Carla explained what she was going to do to make her feel comfortable again with her hair. She cut it and blow dried with a silkpress finish and it looks really good. Most importantly my daughter loved it. Thank you happy hair!

Best hair salon I have ever been to. I don’t live in Watford most of the time but I travel here specifically because they are the best. Fair prices, amazing quality service. Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my hair.

The absolute best! Since visiting Charlotte, my hair is not only the colour that I wanted but it is in the best condition that it has even been in! I can't recommend Charlotte enough!
