I had such a lovely experience at Happy Hair UK as a new client! I originally booked in for a sew-in with a closure, but Happy took the time to talk through my options and recommended a leave-out using my natural hair instead. I really appreciated that she put the health and look of my hair first rather than just sticking to what I’d booked. The salon has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, with ladies having their hair and nails done, and Love Island on in the background, which was a nice touch! I was also offered refreshments, which made me feel really looked after.

I have ADHD & severe anxiety, so making & keeping a hair appointment is a huge deal for me, I was quiet during my visit and worried she might think I was being rude, but she made me feel so comfortable without any awkwardness. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music really helped, she was gentle with my hair and her service was absolutely outstanding. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had — she asked questions to see what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. A truly wonderful experience. Charlotte is amazing. She salvaged my hair from a nightmare colour a couple of years ago and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I walk out with an understated, yet shiny, vibrant colour and a great cut every time. Does a great cup of tea too.
