After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.

Lucy re-fit my hair extensions today and honestly I couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and chatty from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she’s a complete perfectionist! she really took her time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. Lucy is always amazing 🤎 I asked for a huge transformation on turning my black hair to brown with extensions and she was incredible every step of the way. Offering advice on what colour services I should try, and then she toned the result and added blonde extensions which blend perfectly! She has such a high attention to detail and my extensions are so comfortable and lightweight even though they’re 24”! I could recommend highly enough I’ll never go anywhere else xx

I completed the 1-1 masterclass with Lucy and it was so informative and helpful! I’d previously done a course but with no prior experience in hair extensions when I started practicing and fitting I had so many questions and problems that I came up against. Everything was explained, I was given loads of opportunities to practice myself and I’ve walked away feeling so confident in my fittings. Cannot recommend enough x
