Absolutely amazing service from Otilia, once again. This appointment was for my daughter (sadly not me!), and her hair looks incredible. The colour is exactly what was asked for, and compliments her skin tone beautifully. Otilia is incredibly honest, and has a wealth of experience to help guide decisions on colour and style. We wouldn’t use anybody else. As always 10/10! 💕

Zoe is fantastic she gives great advice on what your hair needs, I have had a lovely cut and colour which I am dead chuffed with. I ususally hate going to the hairdressers but Zoe makes it relaxed and comfortable.

First time meeting Zoe today she managed to fit me in for blow dry and cut when I had originally only booked in for a root appointment. Zoe was friendly and chatty and attentive as she and asked me how I usually style my hair and then did a cup would suit. When washing my hair she was really gentle, in the past I’ve had people really scrub my hair but she was really gentle. I went away feeling relaxed rather and I am really pleased with my new hair. I totally recommend Zoe and I definitely be going back to her

I've had my extensions (weave) applied by sandra for over 10 years now and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! She is an expert in extension application, tailored to her clients needs, but more than that, she is warm and friendly and puts you at ease. I love that sandra has built the unique hair academy and is sharing her knowledge and expertise with other hairdressers. It's testament to her work ethic and want to help others excel.

Always a delight to go to the salon as Sandra and Teresa are just great fun as well as being absolute pros when it comes to hair. The salon just has a great vibe, you can always park easily and a warm welcome awaits every time you visit. If you don’t frequent their salon already, get yourself booked in, they NEVER disappoint. Sandra is absolutely amazing and the best in her field of hair extensions

Amazing as always, Sandra is the best. I have fine thinning hair and Sandra knows exactly how to enhance my hair using colours to make my hair appear fuller and more dense and she uses hair extensions sometimes for special occasions and nothing is too much trouble, she wants her client to leave the salon feeling and looking ten years younger, if she can do my hair and achieve that, she is like gold dust because not many hairdressers know how to enhance fine, thinning locks.

Shame there isn’t 10 stars. I have lost count of how many years Sandra has cut coloured styled and popped extensions into my hair, the number of years is higher than the 10 stars I would give if I could. If you want to chat Sandra will chat, if you’re feeling like being quiet and thoughtful Sandra can read the room. I cannot fault the dedication and personal experience you feel when you visit her salon, she cares, is professional and is not happy until you are happy with your hair. I met her first in Chester and I would never go anywhere else as long as she runs a salon. 10 star service always

I cannot recommend Sandra enough. She cuts and layers hair brilliantly. Sandra is very skilled with all hair types, and I trust her 100% with my hair. It is always amazing once she has worked her magic! I’ve been using Sandra for about 5 years now and she always does a consultation and explains everything that she is doing. Sandra is a fantastic stylist! Whether colour, cut or extensions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
