First point of contact was Su, she was very kind, friendly and professional via the phone booking me a consultation. She made me feel at ease after arriving at the hairdresser's and introduced me to Riya who was going to be my stylist. Riya took her time and went through all different options and she was very polite and kind to me as well as on the day of my haircut. I Love my new hair colour and cut, Thank you Su and Riya :-)
