Amazing massage! I’ve had lots of massages all around the world and this one, in my home town, was the best I’ve had. There was real care taken into what I said my problem issues were, massage didn’t feel rushed at all and advice for afterwards and in the future was really well received! My treatment was beautiful from start to finish. I had the Korean glass skin medifacial and Dermaplane. The room was gorgeous and the bed so comfortable and cosy and warm. All the different aspects of the facial were amazing. It’s so relaxing too. My skin is super soft and glowy. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much

I had my first spray tan with the fantastic Sheila. All of the staff were really friendly as were fellow customers, very welcoming. Sheila was so professional, she talked me through the whole process from start to finish, including aftercare. Sheila was friendly & chatty which made me feel so relaxed whilst standing in nothing but a hat & a g string 😂. The spray tan is beautiful. Fabulous would definitely recommend 😊

I was confused between the Korean Glass Skin Facial and the Superficial Pigmentation AHA Peel, but Sim immediately understood my skin concerns and recommended the peel. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and customises everything to what your skin truly needs. The results were amazing—my skin had a noticeable glow, and the massage was the best I’ve ever had. Prices are super reasonable too. Sim is lovely and professional—this clinic is now a must-visit for me every month. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!!! I am so particular and tried so many lash places (a lot of which were way more expensive than Faye too) but I never ever got the results I wanted. Found Faye about 2 year ago and haven’t looked back since - get exactly what I want every time! I don’t even need to tell Faye what I want as she just somehow remembers and delivers the perfect long lasting lashes every time. I even travel quite far now to see Faye as it’s more than worth it. Nothing is too much trouble for Faye in terms of questions, after care etc!

Luke was great forr doing eyebrows and ears, especially as my first time doing them. I am not a massive person into grooming and Luke made it very comfortable. He is very thorough in terms of asking what I wanted, and checked if anything needed changing at the end. Very easy to chat to. Will return when I need preparig for another event in the future!
