The nail service was excellent beyond excellent, actually. Stephanie took amazing care of me with so much attention and detail. I had such a wonderful experience at Alora Beauty Salon! The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. Welcoming salon, friendly staff. Good eyebrow threading and tint. Hairdresser did a great job with colour (toner) and trim but I asked for a blowdry and was offered a ‘special blow dry’ which turned out to be a curling iron = extra charge. They also tried to charge me for a full cut instead of a trim so take care at the till. Good salon overall if you’re staying at/ near the hotel.

Service is always impeccable, the staff are always welcoming, cheerful, and extremely friendly. Johnny was incredibly informative and showed me the color he advised to best suit me - not only that he took the time to show me a sample on the underneath section of my hair - so very professional , thoughtful and personable . I have an appt now for full head etc etc courtesy of his amazing attention to detail . When you walk out after meeting a hairdresser for the first time for a consultation ( which was impromptu on my part - I had no booking even !!) and trusting them 100 % now that is one amazing hairdresser .!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Grace during my glue lifting Korean facial at the Essence Lounge. She is extremely professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. From the moment she started, I felt completely relaxed and confident in her hands. The results were immediate and beautiful, my skin felt lifted, fresh, and glowing. Everything was clean, well organized, and done with great care. I truly recommend Grace to anyone looking for high quality facial treatments and real results. I will definitely return to her again!

I recently visited Alora Beauty Center for a mani-pedi, facial, and threading, and I was thoroughly impressed! My nail technicians were meticulous, and my nails were fabulous. The range of colors and styles available was fantastic. My Deep Cleansing facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. My esthetician was knowledgeable and used high-quality products. To top it off, the threading was quick and with bearable pain. I can’t recommend this salon enough for a full pampering session! ☺️
