The staff are amazing and very understanding and nice especially Jane who did my manicure, she was the most patient and caring lady! It was my first time here, and I came in to find the right treatment for my hair type. Sara, the specialist, checked my scalp and recommended the perfect treatment. Jamilah took care of the scrub and treatment — she was so sweet and made sure I felt super relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Then Jane did my blow-dry, and she did such an amazing job! My experience would have been great if only they had a private area for hair examination and consultation, I felt that it was unprofessional discussing my situation in the waiting area in front of other customers. They need more coordination.

I had such a wonderful experience with Hiyam. She gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time and really took the time to understand what would suit my hair. The scalp treatment was incredibly relaxing and left my scalp feeling refreshed and healthy. She also did a beautiful blow dry that made my hair look and feel amazing. On top of that, she was so kind and complimentary, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that Hiyam truly knows what she's doing and is passionate about her work. I highly recommend her to anyone ❤️
