I am so happy with my appointment with Jamie. This was my first time visiting. She took the time to get to know me and my hair in the consultation. She listened to everything I said and gave me suggestions and inspiration too. I am so pleased with how my hair looks, I love it. Having had a break from colour for over a year, I'm glad to get back to my blonde! I have a LOT of hair so appreciate Jamie's patience! Thank you!

I had the most in depth non-rushed colour consultation today with Yas 😃. She really listened to what I wanted for my hair and we discussed the different options that were available plus we looked aT examples to ensure we were both on the same page! I feel in safe hands as Yas really wants to achieve the look I’m after and wants to ensure that I’m happy with the result.

She was truly genuine — I had such a great time! She really listened to me and gave me great advice. I have curly hair, and she knew exactly how to manage it properly, doing a dry cut. Jamie was wonderful. Welcoming from the moment I entered despite still dealing with another client. So easy to talk to, cared about my thoughts and what I have tried. She explained each step and product as we went along but didn’t push me to buy the products. I am really happy with my results and will definitely be booking again.

Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

Jamie was great, and my hair looks finally looks fab ! Jamie really took the time to talk about what I wanted and how my curly would look. She took the extra time to fully style my hair and showed me how to try and recreate this myself, with curly hair it's been a lifetime struggle to find a hairdresser who actually works with my curls not just cuts my hair so thank you Jamie I will definitely be back and it was worth the journey from Bedford.

Jamie was very thorough and gave me some great advice on a curly cut. Booked an appointment straight away following my consultation.

Fil always works to the highest standards- my hair looks fabulous. And she is a lovely caring warm person.

I had a consultation this afternoon. Jacky was attentive and listened to what I had to say. I asked several questions about my locs and she was able to answer them and put me at ease, so much so, I have booked an appointment to have my hair done. The salon is bright and modern. I can't wait for my appointment
