Absolutely the Best in Town! She truly does the best brows and lashes in town! Incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about everything she does. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing — easily the best spa experience I’ve had. Well, what an experience today at LA Beauty today. My pre holiday pamper was absolutely exquisite. Starting with a pedicure by the multi- talented Daisy. It’s always good to catch up with Daisy and hear of her progress as the junior therapist. Today was no exception and we delved into the theory and practice of her college course. Daisy then moved on to perform miracles on my eyelashes and eyebrows shaping and tinting which she has mastered to perfection so well trained by Louisa! The piece de resistance was the facial. My what a luxurious experience so skilfull and confidently administered.

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !
