Ambience- wonderful my kind of music, relaxing ballads and jazz standards from the 50s to 80s. Hair cut was carefully considered by Simpson who asked about wish list but was honest about what would work and what wouldn’t and why. Shampoo and head massage thorough and therapeutic. Pity about the uncomfortably hard head rest of the recliner which needs a padded cushion to improve the experience. The colour combination of raspberry highlights n elderberry rest of head was inspired in part from input from Bao who was doing my nails as she is observant n client centric.

Isk really took the time to get the tangles out of my hair. Ever since I got highlights my hair get tangled easily when it's wet. So he took care and the proper precaution to help detanged my hair. He also took extra time to use hair straightener to help smooth out the top of my hair after he blow dried it .although it was just a blow dry and wash he really took his time to do a good and proper job and throughly remove product and oil build up on my scalp
