The stylist really listened to what I wanted, matched the tones perfectly to suit my skin, and blended everything so naturally. My hair feels so fresh and healthy, and the colour has a gorgeous shine. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Fran creates a lovely atmosphere, and I never felt rushed. It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!
