Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

This women is the queen of colouring hair! Takes her time & allows everything to process as it should. Fantastic at all aspects of colouring and has all the knowledge. You feel in safe hands and would 100% recommend. Once you’ve seen Maria you won’t go anywhere else! Absolute find in Norwich xxx

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

I have been going to Millie for a while and she is by far the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! (I’ve tried quite a few different people around Norwich/Norfolk). Millie listens to exactly what you want and works her magic, she is amazing! Highly recommend. Thanks again Millie :) X

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I have moved to Norwich a couple of years ago and have tried a few different hairdressers since. Once I found Megan, my mind was made up! She is just the best! Seen Maria 3 times now and she has really helped sort out the colour and improved it greatly. My hair is very naturally warm and I’ve struggled to find somewhere that can highlight it but without making it even warmer or brassier. Really pleased with the results. I am a bit of a nightmare re colour but she really listens and does her best help and get it sorted. I don’t have the confidence to change my hair colour rapidly so each time we are making it a little darker which is great. Thanks Maria 🙏
