Great selection of earrings for my teen to choose from, through explanation of the ear piercing process and lots of time given to prepare and relax ahead of each ear being pierced. Everything was explained with so much clarity and confidence that I felt like I was in the hands of a literal piercing oracle. Love getting pierced by Dottie, so friendly, explains everything, clean, as painless as it can be, and the jewellery feels quality and fits securely. Had a conch that healed super quick with no issues or bumps, and now a helix that so far is completely painless after the first 5 minutes! Won't go anywhere else!
