A brilliant experience at Pierce Me Jessi B. We visited with 2 children having lobe piercings. Jessi was great with them and so patient. Explaining the whole process to them at every stage. The studio itself is clean, presentable and aesthetic too. (Sorry I didn’t catch her name) the receptionist was absolutely brilliant too, she was kind, friendly, approachable and patiently answered all the questions the children were firing away at her. Whilst also welcoming customers in and taking new queries or bookings over the phone. I would recommend Jessi and the team to everyone!

Always a pleasure to come in. Lovely friendly ladies. Jessi removed my earrings a couple of days ago, then put them back in today after a hospital visit. Jessi had cleaned them up beautifully before reinserting, they look like new!. Definitely makes me consider the ear spa treatment when they need a refresh. Piercings were originally done here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jessi and receptionist were lovely and friendly and made us feel at ease. The piercing itself was straightforward and a positive experience. Pricing of stud options was confusing and unclear and having to ask the price of everything made it a little awkward.

Fantastic. Piercing was for my daughter and from start to finish it was perfect. Nothing felt rushed, my daughter felt at ease and in control, although she did ask if the ‘no crying’ sign was serious 😂 but then was proud when she followed the sign. She loved the little goody bag afterwards. Would 100% recommend. Thank you.
