My partner had a great experience. A lovely relaxing massage and Betty was very welcoming.

It was really great and I have some feedback It would be helpful to know the exact temperature of each of the cold plunge and bath. The blue timer in the sauna is broken, so we have to always look at the clock and calculate the time, which is not relaxing. Otherwise excellent, thank you

Awesome as usual. Best treatment provider Ive ever used tbh! Nooroa nows exactly where to find problem areas and provide corrective actions. Noticably better afterwards. Combine with infrared sauna and cold plunges at Recovery Hub and get the triple combo remedies!

Best facial treatment ever. Betty is so lovely. Love, getting my facials at Beautiful Aromas, its always a wonderful relaxing experience. Since going to Beautiful Aromas, my skin is not dull anymore, and my skin is glowing, Hyperpigmentation is fading, and I have more even skin texture now. I always look forward to my treatments with Betty, she is the best.

Our first time ever trying a recovery hub and it was such an amazing experience. We came as a family group and it was especially great for our aunties, uncle, and dad who had never done anything like this before. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and professiona, they made us feel so welcome and looked after us the whole time. We arrived feeling sore and tight, and left feeling completely relaxed and moving so much better (full squats and burpees again!). Such a positive, comfortable experience from start to finish. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back.

This was our first time doing the sauna at Recovery Hub. It was a grate experience the staff showed us all the facilites, walked us through the process which was nice. Enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be back again.

I went on 5th Sept in the afternoon. The guy that greeted me was great at showing me the ropes on both the compression as well as the sauna and plunge pools. Definitely going back 😁

Such a cool facility with outstanding customer service. It was my first time using the infrared sauna & I loved it although could've used a little more guidance for my first use. The lymphatic rollers felt amazing, will definitely book them next time too
