I booked 2h at SPA and 1h treatment for 3 people with Suzanne, she is amazing! We regularly take massages, we usually go to another institute, but now that we have tried this at Sanctum Spa, we'll definitely keep going there. Suzanne is great, we experienced the muscle intensive release massage, it was so effective for stiffness and so relaxing, we loved it! We look forward to try other treatments. The SPA is very nice, cosy and luxury, staff is super polite, also for booking requests and any other arrangments, they were very patient and responsive by email. Thank you all!

The self check-in was very smooth and easy. The place is clean and beautiful and you will find everything you need to have a relaxing experience. We really liked it and will definitely come back !

The spa is for the space extremely well designed. Offers the usual spa features with a gorgeous mix of Asian and European design and ambiance. Very clean and a fantastic option for a rainy cold winter day in the centre of Maastricht. Only observations were no full length mirror in the changing room or an option to place glasses or personal belongings at the shower or sauna areas. Perhaps make sure cleaning staff check before entering the spa as not to disturb guests. With my visit they came in twice unnecessarily and were also loud by the service exit close to saunas. A+ 👍🏻

The massage from Diana was 5 stars, very relaxing, thank you very much. However some constructive feedback: the noise that comes from users entering / leaving the spa area and then people using the changing rooms interrupts the overall experience. Diana had to stop my treatment twice to tend to noisy users (which she did very professionally), however perhaps there should be a better solution, like a door between the treatment space and changing rooms to minimise disturbance and more signs. As I said Diana was great, so would come back again.

Het was zeer rustgevend. Goed om weer eens een Sauna te doen en wat te badderen in het zwembad. Alles goed verzorgd. Wat een geheim achter die oude deur aan het Vrijthof nummer 20. Een zalige Spa. Daarenboven nog eens een heerlijke massage. Gegeven door Sussel. De ontspanning die over me kwam was hemels. De massage was teder en zacht en met respectvolle warmte. Soms gleed van een heerlijke rust bijna in slaap. Ik kreeg er tranen van in mijn ogen. Bedankt Sussel! Dan is er ook nog een restaurant verbonden aan het hotel met heerlijke Libanese gerechten! Een aanrader dus!!

The relaxation massage and spa were incredible! Diana, you are the best! Spa side is super cozy and made me really relaxed. Only thing is that if you like really silence, I would recommend to come weekdays. Otherwise when people come with partner or friends, they are talking a lot. Or when everybody is done, it might be hustle in upstairs for changing clothes etc. otherwise everything is great, thanks a lot!

Teveel etherische olie in het sauna gietwater in mijnbeleving. Geeft een oncomfortabele sterke geur tijdens het opgieten. Hopelijk kan er minder toegevoegd worden aan het water. Verder een hele fijne plek om te komen!

Heerlijk genoten van een massage door Diana en daarna kunnen relaxen in de spa. Er heerst een serene rust het is er zeer proper en het personeel is vriendelijk. Rest mij nog te zeggen dat Diana een hele goede en ervaren masseuse is.

Ultimate Aromatherapy Expierence was erg rustgevend en de massage was erg fijn. De wellness faciliteiten zagen er erg mooi uit, fijn zwembad en erg fijne sauna. Hamman was helaas defect en na afloop bleek de douche niet te werken, dit was vervelend.

Mooie kamer met zicht naar het Vrijthof, prettige spa om te ontspannen, ontbijt wordt geserveerd aan tafel of in de kamer, met mooie producten om de dag te starten. Kort om zeer mooie ervaring in Maastricht 👑
