Great experience overall on my first visit, was taken straight in, checked and advised. Colm has walked me through what and why is going on clearly and released my stiffness almost immediatelly. First experience . Staff was pleasant and helpful. I utilised the infrared sauna. She gave me privacy for the entire hour and even a bit of extra time to change back into my clothes. Thoroughly explained what I can expect and she offered me water to top up my bottle if I needed to hydrate. I will definitely go back
