Gemma is very knowledgeable, very thorough and talks me through everything and makes me feel at ease during and after treatment! Great at communicating before and after treatment. She’s always willing to go the extra mile, she’s very professional and amazing at her job. Just an all-round fantastic experience at g Louise aesthetics.
