Amazing and caring from start to finish. I had Rachelle for lip filler which I have been putting off for years due to worrying about how they'd look and about the procedure itself. I was instantly made to feel at ease and relaxed about everything. We spoke about all my worries and concerns in the consultation and the procedure itself was nowhere near what I had worked it up to be. The aftercare is also amazing all questions answered and check ins done to make sure you're ok and happy. Definitely recommended 5☆
