Service is really good. Place is also great. Ms. Maica has really light and comfortable hands during all the sessions. I was so comfy that I kinda took a nap during the lash extensions. She was also really patient considering I have facial spasms. Just wished that Bashara lash techs could suggest a lash design that better suit the clients face or eye shape if they notice that their 1st option does not fit them well. Also a bit funny experience for the UA LHR since in my prior sessions, the tech will wait outside while the customer is changing but ms. Maica just waited inside. >_<

I liked the design and how Myra placed the extensions to really align with my eye shape. Also a lot complimented my lashes after the session. For the pedi, I was not able to choose the color I wanted since its not available but Tracy did a good job. Her work is very clean. Sometimes painful but still did a great job making my big toes nails look pretty. Thank you!

Service was good. Didn’t experience any “hapdi” during the process. Only downsides during the process was medyo magahod mag chismis ang mga lash tech and that kung mahalin ang lash tech while guina babad ang lashes, they don’t turn off the light so masilaw.

As always, it was a pleasant and relaxing visit with my favorite therapist. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, with my body completely relaxed and all my aches and tension gone. I want to commend Sir Macky for his kindness and professionalism. I have alopecia, and I’ve always been self-conscious about my hair. Unlike others who would point it out, suggest treatments, or even call others to look at it, Sir Macky never made me feel embarrassed. He simply made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect. He would always say, “When your hair recovers, we’ll style it however you want.” Those words gave me hope. Thank you for making me feel seen, not judged. ❤️
