Warm welcome on Arrival. Holly was welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional, she is also really friendly and approachable so if I had any concerns I could speak to her openly without feeling uncomfortable. Fantastic job yet again, lashes & brows today (tinting & waxing) but I have had laser treatment & facials previously which have been outstanding- so happy I found House of Swain.

Couldn’t fault Leah one bit! 2nd time going for my lips done and yet again she was faultless. Always friendly and have a good chat makes you feel at home while doing your lips! I’ve had my lashes done by Leah in the past too and yet again absolutely fab!! Wash cut and blow dry with iryna. Then brow wax and tint upstairs. Swift, friendly, iryna did an excellent job. My hair is long, coarse and curly. Happy with brows and will definitely return
