I am so grateful to Abi. She was so kind in our telephone consultation before the appointment and on the day of my appointment she put me at ease taking time to explain everything and was so thorough with mapping out my brows to start with and checking I was totally happy before starting the procedure. She has got the shape, the colour and thickness perfect. She also is such a lovely lady. I am so glad I chose to go to Abi as I couldn’t have been in safer hands. The studio is such a lovely environment she has set it up beautifully. . I love my brows thank you so much Abi.

I cannot recommend Abi enough! From the moment i walked in I felt completely at ease. Abi has an incredible eye for detail and artistry. She took the time to map and shape my brows perfectly to suit my face, all whilst explaining each step so I felt confident and comfortable. The results that she produces are stunning and I’ve been left with brows that look natural but perfectly defined. I can’t wait to see the results in 6 weeks. Always have a fab experience at urban beauty the whole team are friendly and professional. They know exactly what you need and even offer better advice. The place is spotlessly clean and has a nice atmosphere. Ive been using Sarah for a few years but as her team ha w grown i have used her team member and each one is amazing at what they do. I had a very pleasant experience visiting Abi today. After a consultation we had a thorough template and then we moved on with the treatment She was very friendly, with great attention to details explaining every step of the process Her studio is very nicely decorated, sparkling clean and super cozy.
