Went to 3 eyelash lift spa in cyberjaya, & this one has the best effect. Lash lift tahan lama (around 2 months) & the lashes memang melentik & tak bengkok2. This is my go to now. Loveeee 💞💞

I have been with Zoera for 2 years since I'm living in Cyberjaya. Never had done any treatment other than basic facial somewhere in the country where I was staying. By reviews from Google I found the places. Iza recommande PRP which is working wonder for me. Also brought the husband and 2 teens with acne problems. Anis was very soft spoken, friendly and gentle while waxing and bleaching my eyebrows. She also had given me tips and advice on the after care of my eyebrows. The place was comfortable and peaceful. no chit chats from the beauticians (which i love). An evening well spent for a little "me time" TQ all. will definitely come back soon :)

This is my 1st time doing brow lamination and lash lift. Beautician anis is very helpful and friendly. She did a great job and explained thoroughly how to take care of your brow/lash when i asked. She also will suggest the best service according to your hair type/skin sensitivity either you suitable for bleach or wax. She also makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the whole process.

I had such a wonderful experience here. I originally booked my apt for Thursday, but due to family emergency, I had to reschedule last minute.The team was so understanding and accommodating, even adjusting my time twice. I truly appreciated their kindness and consideration. They were very warm and reassuring. I did a lash lift and brow dye, and I honestly love the results,even better than my previous visit. The staff who attended to me was very professional and skilled. My brows especially turned out beautifully. Tq for the great service and for being so thoughtful. It really meant a lot to me

Good experience, the beautician very gentle and soft spoken. However; there is room to improve. Suggestion; the beautician may require to inform/ explain to the customer step by step before start the process. Or if possible maybe you can offer light massage to the shoulder/ neck for better experience. Reason; the customer will be aware and ready for the next process (some of gel is quite cold) and explain further the advantage or purpose that process etc. Overall; the medispa have a comfortable vibes. Thanks for the skin treatment.

The staff are incredibly friendly and truly prioritize your comfort. I visited with my friends, and they gave us great recommendations that we all loved. Since I have back pain and can’t stay in one position for long, they even encouraged me to stretch and get comfortable first. Highly recommended..

Super love the outcome every single time. The lash lift honestly lasts two months on me - u gotta use tarte tubing mascara & use the in-store pestana jelly oil every night (best!!). The brow dye tho would stay max 4 days on me. I have very sparse n light brows so that’s understandable. But I usually get it done before a trip. And my therapist is very well trained n such a perfectionist. My brow area is so clean I could never done that myself. Just a tiny bit of a feedback - perhaps a calmer and quieter ambience could enhance the overall experience other than that it’s def my monthly go to
