Paul was fabulous as ever! He gave my 21 year old autistic son a total transformation and although no words were spoken from my son, the smile at the end said it all. Paul is considerate - we were in a quiet area of the salon, friendly and professional (checking if the smells of products were ok etc) and I thoroughly appreciated his approach for what could have been a hugely difficult experience.l (it wasn’t 😊) Paul pays great, expert attention to the customer having a fantastic experience, regardless of the cut, colour and style and allows them to come away feeling amazing. First visit-very impressed! Gorgeous treatment room. Relaxing atmosphere. Had a foot treatment, shoulder and head massage. The oils were not overpowering and the result was amazing! The amount of talking was perfect. We chatted freely as well as giving me time to relax. Excellent service-highly recommend.
