Quick, easy and even though I was early I was made to feel welcome. I only have eye brows done and I always feel guilty about such a small treatment but I'm always greeted with happy professional smiles and treatment is done with efficiency and a high standard.

Great experience from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had no idea what lashes I wanted, so I just said, "You choose what will suit me!" My gosh... she's an absolute queen! 😍 They suit me perfectly and I'm obsessed. I also had laser on my legs, underarms and top lip today. Everything was explained, I felt completely at ease and the treatment was so professional. I'm already booked in for my next session! Such a lovely person and so talented. If you're thinking of booking for lashes or laser, just do it. You won't be disappointed! 💕

Jo is very experienced and although it was the hottest day of the year, she ploughed through and created the perfect set of natural wispy hybrid lashes for me. Podcast playing was unusual for me but I did actually enjoy it and it was funny. The UV light used was also a new experience but really helped with my sensitive eyes, no glue fumes! Will be back for my infill and see how they hold (I suffer with retention due to my job).
