From start to finish, everything felt incredibly professional, relaxing, and tailored to my skin’s needs. The treatment itself was gentle yet so effective — I could instantly feel the difference. All the dead skin and peach fuzz were removed, leaving my face unbelievably smooth and glowing. Shannon is so knowledgeable! Shannon is lovely, makes you feel welcome and comfortable in the salon, she gave me good advice on skincare and a skin regime then sent me advice on the best (not dearest) products for my skin. A lovely relaxing visit and come out feeling great.

Every time I visit the studio Zoe really listens to what I want. Advices me on what would work with my hair and how it will look. Zoe always has my hair condition as the main priority which is so important to me. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. My hair looks amazing so shiny and healthy x

I absolutely love coming to rural roots!. Zoe is incredible and can’t do enough for you! Her knowledge on colour is amazing and always gives a thorough consultation and listens to what you want. The studio itself oozes luxury and is so cozy. I recommend it to anyone who wants a luxury pamper.

Iv been going to Lauren now for quite a while now for my lashes and I can honestly say she’s the best in the game she always makes me feel my best when I walk out the salon and does my lashes just the way I like them, she’s very professional and listens to what you want and I wouldn’t ask anyone else to do my lashes I 100% recommend Lauren for any of your beauty treatments!!!!
