Charlotte is a mind reader when it comes to how you want to look when you walk out of the salon. Having had a very bad experience elsewhere, I was so relieved to be given great advice and an excellent cut and colour (grey blending) by Charlotte. She is a pro, I am delighted with the result.

I loved my facial with nova beauty. Ellie talked through the products she was using on me which I appreciated and it was clear she has a real passion for natural skin care! She was very professional and the facial itself was AMAZING! Both my mum and myself came out feeling like new people! Would highly recommend.

The salon is beautiful, the girls are all so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Charlotte done my hair today and I’m super pleased with it, she listened to my colour wants and talked me through the process. I can’t rate her enough, always leave this salon feeling great!

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Ellie today. Everything about the experience was so calming and relaxing. From the tranquil treatment room, to Ellie’s kind and warm personality. i’ve had a few appointments with Amy now and she makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time i’ve come in. the colour is always exactly what i’m envisioning and the haircut i had with her last time really made a difference and gave me so much more confidence. everyone that works there is so lovely and i couldn’t recommend the salon enough x

Leah was amazing, she completely understood what I wanted and was able to offer some great suggestions and guidance. This has been the best colour/cut that I have received in a long time and I would certainly recommend her. The salon was also clean and so well presented.
