I had an amazing deep tissue back massage with Nicola this morning. She got the pressure exactly right (deep as requested) and really worked through the tight muscles I’ve been struggling with. Nicola explained everything clearly at the beginning, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience felt professional, thoughtful, and genuinely therapeutic. I’ve literally just left my Botox appointment and I had such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and looked after. Victoria was so warm, professional, and genuinely lovely, explaining everything clearly and making me feel at ease throughout my entire appointment. Always look forward to my monthly facial with Beth, my skin has literally never been better, you can tell high quality products are used and I’m now obsessed with the SPF and makeup remover pads she sells as well!

Seeing Jade is a real treat. I have been a few times and over the moon with the treatments I have had. Her facial is unreal, the improvement in my skin is amazing, the facial massage at the end of treatment is so relaxing. Very professional therapist. Extremely hygienic and clean environment.
