I’ve been going to Pheobe regularly for Botox treatments and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. The results are consistently natural, fresh, and exactly what I want — never overdone. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and has such a gentle approach. Emily was so lovely as was the lovely girl who washed my hair. They asked me straight away if I'd like a coffee and didn't leave me sitting there (as I have experienced elsewhere). She cut my hair as I asked and we chatted away. Would thoroughly recommend The Coven. We also had a great experience this weekend with Emma, who cut my daughter's hair.

I was really happy with the service. She was very attentive and had great attention to detail throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to properly look at my skin and gave honest advice on what my skin actually needed, rather than just going along with what I thought I needed. She also gave really clear guidance on aftercare and skincare, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt really well looked after and would definitely recommend!!!

Phoebe is fantastic. I would trust her with my life, never-mind just my face ! 😂 So knowledgeable and sweet. She creates a really calm environment and takes her time, which is such a green flag when you are of course having work done to your face & body. I have been to a fair few aesthetics practitioners over the past 5+ years and I can without a doubt say she is the best of the best. Thank you Phoebe !! 🤍

Leah was great - super friendly, took her time and care doing my nails. She is clearly passionate about what she does. I am really happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend Leah and will be using her and Stacie Marie in the future. Also shout out to the staff at Pegasus gym (where Stacie Marie in Aylesbury is based), all really lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome.

Shannon is just amazing. She’s been doing my lashes and brows for a couple of years now, and I can’t go anywhere else! I get so many comments on both my brows and lashes, thank you for always making sure I’m looking my best without makeup!!
