Came here for the first time today and it was the best experience I've had at a hair salon, Charlotte was so patient and took her time to understand exactly what I wanted out of the appointment, super knowledgeable and gave some great advice. After going to a few other salons and made to feel a bit stupid for asking for things and told what I wanted was "too complex" and not achievable; my visit today was soo refreshing and I'm so happy with what I got, I've already booked my next refresh appointment 🙂‍↕️. My experience at the salon was really good. I am disabled and use a walking frame to help me walk in a straight line. Angie helped me to sit, stand and walk whilst in the salon. Angie is a lovely stylist a d a wonderful person.

The ladies that work here are amazing at their jobs. I went after years of colouring my own hair with box dye and my hair was so damaged, these ladies have transformed my hair and were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and I will be definitely going back. Thank you so much.

Craig is a wonderful & highly experienced hair dresser, who is extremely knowledgeable is all area's of a hair stylist. I have been having my hair appointments with Craig for Well over 18 months now. His advice with my hair style & colour has been absolutely great. I love going to see Craig, as he is very great to get on with. I have always been made to feel so welcome & I will never have my hair cut or coloured with anyone else. Plus, I am so pleased he is now working for himself & that he is so busy with his own business. Craig is a 1st class hairdresser

As always Dona gave me a great haircut and shave, which left me feeling relaxed and refreshed and ready for the day. Additionally, Dona has opened a coffee shop next door which serves freshly ground coffee and a delicious range of cakes and pastries (I recommend the homemade apple tart). All in all a great experience. Thank you Dona.

To have a stylist not simply reply on his/her straighteners, but actually put the effort in to fully blow dry my long thick hair was a revelation! Dona is a true professional and an altogether lovely person too.
