Donna is an absolutely amazing hairdresser. The salon is welcoming and you are made to feel at home. My hair always looks fantastic and one of the best bits for me is Donna reads people well. I’m not a massive talker and Donna chats just enough and then offers me a drink and leaves me with my book…this is heaven. Highly recommend Kaos and Donna.

Donna is a superb stylist. I had a change of style this time and it is perfect as always. Donna is so skilled that she always creates the style I ask for.

Always does the best groom on Mabel our cockapoo. Mabel not the easiest to groom but always a fab cut.

Jo is amazing with Sid, my mischievous and nervous spaniel. Having had a bad experience previously I was very nervous taking him to another groomer. Jo was reassuring from the start and even did his first groom in 2 parts to ease him in. We’ve been with Jo over a year now and he gets so excited when I say ‘groomers’ he walks in the door scruffy tail wagging and walks out a refined gentleman! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
