Faye was recommended by a friend & I really valued my whole experience having my hair cut by her. It was incredibly refreshing to be with a hairdresser who deeply cares not only about your hair but about what you want. She really listens & stays connected throughout the whole process to ensure you feel comfortable & happy with the cut. A very welcome change to recent factory-farming hairdressing visits! She’s super knowledgeable about hair health & curls & I felt in excellent hands. Beautiful space to be in as well. I’ll definitely return & hope she flies with her new business in Totnes 🌱

I tracked Cressida down because she cut my hair last year in Exeter, and I’d been so pleased at how well she did it. Haven’t been able to get such a good cut since and it was well worth travelling to Totnes. She’s really talented, creative and thorough, listens to what you want, suggests, and cuts super, super well. I’ll definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Malin is a fab hairdresser. She really takes the time to listen to what I want…I'm very happy with my haircut in a beautiful salon. I would highly recommend her.

Here’s another great thing about Cressida. When you have been going to your stylist for a while and you get to know and understand each other, you get so much more than just a cut and blow dry. Cressida has been my hairdresser for quite a while now and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Here’s one great reason why..when I walked in last week, she said to me, ‘Ive been thinking about what we’re going to do today and I think we should do this’..how amazing is that. Cressida had already given her time to thinking my appointment before I got there and she knows me and my hair so well.

Faye is so lovely and knowledgeable about natural hair health. I had a fabulous haircut and have learnt so much about my hair and the positive changes I need to make. I would highly recommend Faye and her beautiful salon, I left feeling very happy, nurtured and relaxed 🥰

We are so lucky to have the wonderful Kate and SHED in South Devon! The most charming, calm, welcoming & sweet space—and Kate is an incredible stylist (and conversationalist!). The cherry on top is that they use Davines products. Highly recommend!

As a curly head it’s always nerve wracking to try a new hairdresser but Faye immediately met me with a warm, clear confidence that put me completely at ease. Faye knows how to cut curly hair, to suit the individual and I’d recommend her for that alone, though she’s also a lovely woman to spend time with! For the first time in a long while I’m excited rather than desperate to see how my hair sits after the first wash, but I’m in no rush to do that …because I already know I’m happy with the cut. I had a great experience with Malin at the Hair Shed. It was beneficial to my whole well being. The products were great and smelt divine, and Malin was super friendly, calm and attentive which made it easy for me to relax. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, supportive hair stylist. The great coffee and books were an additional treat.

Naia Naturals has such a organic vibe. When you walk in it's a chilled atmosphere not loud and what I liked there's no chemical smell like most hairdresser have. Everything in the salon looks and feels so natural and all the products are too. Fay who cut my hair is lovely and talked through the ideas for my new cut and I'm so pleased with it... I love it...
