Always a fantastic experience with Billy. He really listens to what you want and will suggest a colour/dye or even technique for the cut. He’s truly talented and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the client experience but more importantly he is an incredible hair dresser. I’ve never left an appt with Billy and felt unsure about my hair.

My son had additional needs and struggles with haircuts but jake is always ready and prepared! He is calme and skilled to be able to handle a lot of wiggling and shouting and the occasional kick. This never stops him and is able to complete the cut perfect every time! 👏 thank you jake!

Always an absolute treat! A gem in Chippenham 💖

I was disappointed to be told my regular hairdresser is off sick . I use Stacey and she is an excellent hairdresser . I am OK with my haircut today however I would have liked to be told Stacey was unable to do my hair today . I had my hair washed cut and blow dried in half an hour. Stacey does take longer doing my hair . I feel 55 pounds is alot for half hour. . I think mote communication is needed

I had my hair cut by Billy for the first time on Sunday and I am really pleased with the result. He took time to talk to me about my hair and what I wanted and it looks exactly as I asked. It's obvious he really loves being a hairdresser and is very friendly and easy to talk to and the salon looks great.
