Certains salons coiffent. Ici, tout est fait pour que l’on reparte en se sentant beau ou belle, et surtout pleinement satisfait. Dès l’arrivée, la bonne humeur et la bienveillance de Steve, Pierre, Hassan, Dewmini, Rayane, Ludivine et de toute l’équipe sont communicatives. Chacun prend le temps d’écouter, de conseiller et d’accompagner chaque client avec une attention sincère. Les produits Davines sont recommandés avec justesse, sans jamais pousser à l’achat. On repart avec le sourire… et l’envie de revenir. Une véritable référence à Vincennes et dans tout l’Est parisien.

Catherine was absolutely lovely. She was warm and kind and gave me a great haircut. She listened to me and worked with me to find my best style. She was also super gentle during the hair wash so it was much more pleasant than a hairwash usually is. I would absolutely recommend her.

Au bac, Rayane apporte une vraie touche de confort ; en pleine canicule, la serviette fraîche sur la nuque a été particulièrement appréciée. L’équipe est formidable. Cela fait des années que je vais chez Biocoiff et je suis toujours satisfaite des soins et ravie de l’accueil. C’est un vrai moment bien être pour moi . Par contre le nouveau système de réservation est pénible et il faut vraiment vouloir son rdv, car c’est rédhibitoire
