As always Deb quickly gets to the root cause of a problem, takes a holistic approach which has worked for a previous injury whether nothing else did. I’m sure this new issue will resolve just as well, so heading off with some exercises to start the first step in recovery. 😊

Great first appointment with Mark, I felt at ease and listened to. All options were explored to what could be causing my issue, great treatment given and follow up plan with easy to manage exercises. The whole practice makes you feel at ease to the lovely receptionist Lucy to the calming atmosphere of the treatment room. Would highly recommend.

I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

Great session. I've had around 2 months of physio with Mark now and I haven't had a bad episode with my back in this time. I'm managing to do more and suffer less (housework, DIY, cardio). I can feel the exercises strengthening my back, it's the best it's felt in years. Thank you!

Nathan was really good explaining my diagnosis and providing exercises to aid recovery.

Another great appointment with Mark. As my knee improves, he is encouraging me to do more exercises at home. Because he is so good at showing me what to do and explaining what I should feel when doing the exercises I am diligently following his exercise plan. Excellent consultation with Lyndsey for my aching lower back. She gave me a full assessment, some gentle manipulation and advice on exercises to aid my recovery. It’s a very welcoming and well equipped centre. All the Covid precautions were taken and I felt very safe. Highly recommended.

Good experience, professional assessment, ultrasound treatment and suggested exercises.

Nathan uses a combination of hands on physiotherapy techniques and acupuncture for my very painful neck and shoulder muscle stiffness and tension. Already starting to see results, with increased lateral neck movement and a reduction in pain. I'm feeling very optimistic that this physiotherapy will allow me to return to living a normal life. Self-help exercises are also chosen, which allow me to work on my poor posture and address the underlying condition. Highly recommend.

Charlie is a very competent, professional and amiable physiotherapist. After a brief introduction to my symptoms, she used massage techniques which gave me immediate relief from pain in neck, shoulders and spine. I was given advice on exercises to improve my posture and to 're-educate' muscles. Would thoroughly recommend.

Charlie has really helped me to get more mobility following a broken wrist. The exercises have made a big difference. Thank you Charlie.

As always, Debbie got all of the knots and niggles out. Aalways looked after with Debbie's professional care. I feel relaxed and ready now for.my half marathon training ahead.
