Lizzys pressure and knowledge made for a Phenomenal massage. Every single touch had a purpose. She has such a calm and relaxing space. I went for the 90mins extend back massage and I can't recommend it enough. I feel so light, stress and tension has melted away!

Haven’t been for a massage therapy for quite a while, so it was lovely to be back The massage was a neck, back and hip it was amazing, some bits were quite painful but Lizzie tells you to let her know if it’s too much and releases her hand pressure, by the end of therapy it was very relaxing Had a great sleep so the therapy was definitely needed and obviously worked it’s magic, this morning I felt a slight tender but there was quite a few muscles unknotted so did expect this

I would give a hundred stars if I could. A beautiful experience from start to finish. Elaine was such a warm, professional person who gave me a wonderful Indian Head Massage. It was so much more than I thought, and some special touches too. Perfect 👌 I did really, really need this. Thank you so much Elaine. It was peaceful and effective and gave my busy mind a real treat. I am so glad I stuck with the elbow suppers as I actually had the beginning of a spa massage 😂. Shona has worked her magic on me over the past months and all of the pain has been so worthwhile. Shoulders and back so much better. I think Shona should be on the national health 😂❤️

Absolutely amazing expierence I have a very bad back due to damaged discs and shona is very patient and firm. Very talented with using suction cups and heating stones aswell if in any sort of pain or tired muscles 100% recomend shona very professional and a very relaxing environment.

Was visiting for trigger point pilates, this was my 6th weekly session, although some of the moves are quite hard I can definitely feel a difference, it gets easier, I can definitely feel an improvement with my movement
