What an amazing massage and deep stretch, I booked to see Kevin as training for a marathon and struggling with tight hips, not only was the treatment relaxing it provided that deep stretch that I couldn’t get through regular stretches or using a roller. I would recommend to anyone struggling with tight muscles as an enjoyable relaxing treatment, will definitely be rebooking through the course of my training.

I didnt know what to expect when having my first yoga massage with kevin, but it was a very lovely experience. I came out feeling very stretched and relaxed and will definitely be returning soon.

I had my 3rd menopause massage & reiki treatment today. I’ve had one a month since October when I was really struggling with anxiety & hormones. Charlotte is extremely thorough & takes great care in making the experience a safe space allowing you to share your thoughts if you’d like or if you prefer silence there’s no awkwardness. I have noticed a significant change in my anxiety & stress levels as well as my mood & hormones. My hormonal headaches have also reduced & each time feels like a reset for mind & body. I’m always so appreciative of Charlotte’s time, I look forward to my next one!

Jade gave an amazing full body massage. I loved Jade's techniques. Firm how I prefer, as I have lots of tension areas. Jade asked me questions and was happy to go back to an area I felt need a bit of extra work. Jade gave great aftercare advice. I Will definitely be going back soon
