I had another beautiful 90-minute session with Kevin at Balance and Heal tonight. The combination of yoga-style stretches, massage, and Reiki was exactly what I needed. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself. Kevin creates such a supportive, healing space these weekly sessions are really helping me on a deeper level. Highly recommended.

I’ve just had another incredible sep this time a two-hour yoga massage with Reiki from Kevin. He always creates such a calm and welcoming space, explaining everything so I feel completely at ease. It’s the perfect escape from the world — deeply relaxing, grounding, and restorative. I came in feeling tense and left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much more balanced. Kevin is truly gifted at what he does, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Just had the best massage from Kevin. Not only did it send me into deep relaxation but he also took a focus on points of my back causing me regular discomfort, leaving me feeling both at ease from pain and at my most relaxed state. I would highly recommend!
