Went for the most amazing Swedish Body Massage today with Sandra Cook at The Recovery Well in Ramsgate this morning. Feeling very relaxed! Also managed to pick up some Christmas Pressies from her shop which is stocked with some lovely things! I even picked up a little something for myself 😊 I’d highly recommend you visit! Xx

I felt so pampered by Lewis & Kitty. The salon staff are so friendly. Kitty kept me topped up with tea. Lewis done a fab job of deciding which colours to go in my hair. Whilst my hair was being washed I sat in a new back massage chair too, which really helped my spine. It was bliss. Thank you 💕💕

I went to Sandra for a seated aromatherapy back massage followed by a 10 minute add on relaxation with guided meditation. Sandra was excellent, she made me feel so at ease with her friendly but professional manner. I was so relaxed that when I got home I had a nap. I also went home with a bottle of the oil Sandra had used and mixed just for me. The treatment room has been decorated in a very naturalistic way, it felt cocooning and relaxing just being in there. I highly recommend Sandra and I personally will be back again.
