Today Rachael did a reiki healing massage and it honestly felt that amazing I went into a deep trance or sleep lol I've come home I don't feel no pain in my back (which normally I'm in agnosing pain daily) I feel so refreshed and relaxed my body feels so much calmer I haven't met anyone else who does massage so good and she's very talented at everything she does she tackles all pain areas and helps so much giving you relief from the pain 🫶

I had a pretty intense boot camp session two days before and I was feeling a bit fragile. Rachael listened and worked hard to loosen those extra sore bits. The facial was absolute heaven-rose is my favourite scent and my skin radiated for days after. She gave me some advice, information about my body I didn’t even know about, and even some compliments, which I’m not used to in the massage room! I felt safe and blissful and relaxed. I would 100% recommend this gal to anyone ❤️

Frances was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, and we talked over my issues before the back/neck/shoulder massage. The massage itself was great, the right pressure for me, my problem areas were worked on, I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt so relaxed afterwards that I went home and fell asleep 😊😴. I felt safe and comfortable having my legs and bikini wax, Del was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. The lymphatic drainage massage on my stomach after was so relaxing, perfect way to end my treatment. Thanks so much! Ill definitely be back!

I have been visiting Lauren for around 4 years. She offers a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere and a variety of treatments. My personal favourite is reflexology. I also enjoy back and full body massages, hot stones and facials. Whatever you’re in the mood for, Lauren is bound to offer it! 😊
