This is my second Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Nadia now and both times I’ve felt taken care of and lighter after the sessions. The room is so aesthetically pleasing and relaxing to be in and Nadia is amazing at her job as well as making me feel relaxed. You definitely get your moneys worth. 10/10. 🙂

Booked in my wife here 2 times now and she has come back so happy and relaxed. We have tried a few massages in Cardiff also but she she says U Sabai is by far the best. Jira is very knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure any issues are taken care of. I will have to book my self in soon for a shoulder issue I have.

Facial lymphatic drainage Lovely, relaxing experience. Nadia, professional as always, put me at ease before she began the treatment. I have never had this treatment before. Nadia used various techniques to apply gentle pressure to my face and before long I found myself in a very relaxed state. After the treatment Nadia gave me time to gather myself together. Looking in the mirror in the treatment room I could definately see and feel a difference to my skin and even my facial expression was relaxed. Loved it and would thoroughly recommend Nadia and this treatment. Thankyou

I thoroughly enjoy my visits.. I have a facial lymphatic drainage massage and then a scalp massage.. everything is gorgeous, the warm room, the relaxing music and Rachel’s massages are absolutely wonderful .. I am now a regular and after my neck and lower face lift the massages make a huge difference to the swelling, pain , numbness and puffiness !! I am hooked 😊😊😊

Rachel made the entire experience feel calming and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She has such a warm, caring nature that instantly puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and relaxed. Her kindness and professionalism stood out straight away, and it felt like I was completely looked after throughout the whole appointment. The massage itself was exceptional.
