Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. I was so relaxed and could feel the toxins flushing out of my legs. They felt lighter, sculpted and so much smoother. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited to get my wedding dress on now! I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. I booked the glow up treatment (dermaplaning and microblading). Yasmin was very welcoming and friendly, she even had a little personalised sign as you walk into the room. She explained the steps throughout the treatment and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere was really calming and relaxing. I really enjoyed my visit and I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of weeks. The massage was so relaxing and I feel somewhat human again. Highly recommend to book your treatments with her. Had a sport therapy massage, which was nice and deep and left my tense body much more relaxed. Happy that he listened and focused on my shoulders and I feel so much relief from the tension and stiffness I had before. He was very knowledgeable too. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and happy to use again and recommend.

This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!

I had a lovely massage it was very relaxing and just what I needed. I especially loved that she washed her hands from the oil before moving onto the head massage so my hair wasn't unnecessarily oily (although I did plan for that). I will definitely book again and hopefully make my visits a regular thing.
